These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Volo CRM, a SaaS-based CRM platform owned by Addon Solutions. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description
Volo CRM provides online CRM software accessible on a subscription (per user per month) basis, offering tools for sales, customer management, analytics, and workflow automation.

3. Account Registration
- You must register with accurate company and user details.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
- Each user license is assigned to one person and cannot be shared.

4. Subscription and Payments
- All plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
- Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.
- Taxes (if applicable) will be added to the final invoice.

5. Trial and Termination
- A free trial may be offered for limited access.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- Upon termination, you can export your data before permanent deletion.

6. Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of Volo CRM is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR and CCPA. You agree that:
- You are the data controller of your CRM data.
- Volo CRM acts as a data processor for hosting and management.
- You must ensure your use of data complies with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property
All code, design, features, and trademarks related to Volo CRM belong to Addon Solutions. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations.

8. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully and ethically. You must not:
- Upload malicious files or harmful code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Use the Service for illegal or deceptive purposes.

9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime, excluding maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for delays or data loss beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability
Volo CRM is provided “as is.” Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Volo CRM from claims or damages arising from misuse of the Service, violations of these Terms, or legal non-compliance.

12. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
